This 6100 prep station is ideal for diversified types of car repair and maintenance industry. It gives small footprint, simple installation, and low investment. The fully enclosed workspace creates a good workshop environment.

Beyond that, our 6100 prep station is equipped with a fan for air circulation. It allows the working environment to achieve the required cleaning effect during the operation of this fan. This product is surrounded by the manually-operated flexible PVC curtain, which is easy and practical to be used.

Cabin System	1. Ceiling: The ceiling is assembled by EPS board. In the front of it, there is an empty hole, which acts as an air inlet. 2. At the front end and both sides of our equipment, there are flexible PVC curtains, which slide on the predetermined aluminum guide rail by manual. 3. On the rear side of the wall panel, there is the EPS insulation board of 50mm thick.
Circulation System	1. Inlet Fan: The YDW series double-inlet centrifugal fan takes advantage of Siemens technology. It is formed of compression molded galvanized plates, providing huge air quantity, ultra low noise, and super strong resistance to temperature. Its quality is superior. Purification System	The back of the cabinet is designed with the fiberglass filter felt for processing dust fog. Then, a favorable working environment can be provided. 2. Inside the exhaust cabin, there is a filter bag, which can filter dust. 3. The multi-storey filter is placed under the anti-corrosion ceiling mesh. It can catch the granules with the diameter of over 5μm.

Control System	1. The control system is an assembly of exceptional-quality electronic components. 2. All operations are set to be accomplished for only once. 3. The main circuit comes with numerous protection measures, such as excess current, excess load, short circuit, phase failure, and more. 4. Other functions are also offered, including the polisher switch, the emergency stop switch, and the failure alarm, among others.
