| Air Exhaust System (3 sets) | 1. This system includes three sets of 15kW centrifugal type large-impeller exhaust fans with the model of 4-82. The motor is placed outside.
2. This fan is driven by a belt. It gives the air capacity of 36, 000m3/h.
3. The exhaust duct consists of the high-grade galvanized steel plate and the professionally made flange. Moreover, it is installed with a manually adjustable damper. |
| Heating System (3 sets) | 1. The heating system contains three sets of RG5S type Riello burners with the maximum heating value of 780,000Kcal/h.
2. The exchanger is made from the premium-quality SUS304 stainless steel in use of argon arc welding technology.
3. The heat generator has gone through the surface costing process.
4. The electric actuator is imported from Switzerland with original packaging. It can realize the automatic transfer of paint spraying and curing.
5. The highest temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius. |
